I met the owner while looking at a new house, he was servicing the furnace. I asked for a card and explained that I live in a townhome, he said not a problem. Well I called a day or so late to schedule an appointment. That went smooth due to the season the schedule was 3-4 weeks out. I understand and wait patiently. Week the day before the scheduled service i got a reminder call, those are helpful. Well the gal on the phone calls back a few minutes later she called back and came up with a few excuses on why they can no longer come look at my furnace. Due to hire this went down and the fact that it took a month for them to say no can do, I will never ever pay a positive wire forward towards this company!
