Jeremi came out and serviced our air conditioner, checked our furnace, replaced our filter, set our thermostat and cleaned our alot of cottonwood out or our air conditioner on the side of our house. He was a great technician and did and great job. after he adjusted everything and cleaned out the vents in the air conditioner outside the house was cooler than it was. He is a nice man and very personable. Both my wife and I were very happy and satisfied with his work. the service was done on Thursday, July 21st, 2016
First, check to be sure that your thermostat is set to “heat” and not “cool,” and ensure that the fan is set to “auto.” Then, check to be sure that the thermostat is set to a temperature high enough to trigger the furnace to emit heat. If your thermostat is properly set, ensure that it is getting power — check batteries, fuses and circuit breakers — and ensure that the interior components are clean. Dust and debris inside the thermostat can cause it to malfunction. Fortunately, this is usually an easy fix. In some cases, a malfunctioning thermostat may require adjustment or replacement.
I have a Bosch condenser dryer that heats up and after 3-5 mins cuts out (no lights/power). After is cools a while, the machine can be restarted and runs a while longer until it shuts down again. This process repeats several times, with each progressive drying cycle being a little longer than the previous until the clothes are eventually dry.I've tested the the thermal-protector for continuity and the NTC-sensor on the heating element appears to be fine (tested for resistance). Could it be a faulty sensor/component on the control board that's getting too hot and cutting out the power? And if so, can it be easily identified/replaced, or would I need to replace the whole control board?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

High-efficiency condensing furnaces (90% AFUE and above) are a bit more complex than conventional furnaces. The main differences between a conventional and condensing furnace is the heat exchanger technology used to extract heat from the combustion process and the method used to exhaust the combustion gases.
