Jeff did an all right job. He had all the right answers to make the company and the previous Gary and his helper look good. Unfortunately, the problem I'm having is my own problem. The companies 2 year warranty is only good if everything is okay on the first visit. First visit was very long, expensive. The mechanism for Flushing acted up about a month later and so they had to come back and it was Gary and his helper and Gary rebuilt the mechanism. A month later they acted up again and then Jeff came out. And that's when everything in my house is wrong and it would cost me close to $1,000 to have them straighten it up so that my toilet would flush right. I've been in my house for 50 years and I've never had this problem before. I don't know if it's because of the equipment that's being put in. So the two star rating is not so much against Jeff as it is against the company and their policies. First time I have used by others and it will be the last. And my recommendation to anyone would be don't don't hire Brothers.
They did an outstanding work when you long time ago that our old furnace needed to be replaced. We contacted The Right Choice heating and air in one of the wraps came to our house give us a really good price for a new Trane furnace. The next day they arrived on time and finish the jobs within few hours we cleaned after themselves and made sure to ask us if we understand how to operate our new system. I met the owner while looking at a new house, he was servicing the furnace. I asked for a card and explained that I live in a townhome, he said not a problem. Well I called a day or so late to schedule an appointment. That went smooth due to the season the schedule was 3-4 weeks out. I understand and wait patiently. Week the day before the scheduled service i got a reminder call, those are helpful. Well the gal on the phone calls back a few minutes later she called back and came up with a few excuses on why they can no longer come look at my furnace. They seemed pretty hollow to me and she took a fairly snippy attitude with me as well. Due to hire this went down and the fact that it took a month for them to say no can do, I will never ever pay a positive wire forward towards this company!

We have done furnace services numerous times for last 10+ years. All that this technician did was to vacuum inside the furnace, asked me to turn on and turn off furnace, and said it is working fine. He didn't clean the burners, didn't check heating effectiveness, didn't check / change the filter ... Total rip off. I am calling amazon customer service.
