Jeremi came out and serviced our air conditioner, checked our furnace, replaced our filter, set our thermostat and cleaned our alot of cottonwood out or our air conditioner on the side of our house. He was a great technician and did and great job. after he adjusted everything and cleaned out the vents in the air conditioner outside the house was cooler than it was. He is a nice man and very personable. Both my wife and I were very happy and satisfied with his work. the service was done on Thursday, July 21st, 2016
Customer called requesting standard maintenance on their gas furnace and their tankless water system. System is running well, all components are within manufacturers specifications. No issues other than thermostat which home owner is aware of. Recommend annual maintenance Tankless Maint - Unit has been flushed and inspected. All operations normal at this time.

High-efficiency condensing furnaces (90% AFUE and above) are a bit more complex than conventional furnaces. The main differences between a conventional and condensing furnace is the heat exchanger technology used to extract heat from the combustion process and the method used to exhaust the combustion gases. In these ways, the furnaces are very different. The condensing furnace does not have a significantly more efficient combustion process than does a conventional furnace; both use gas burners with electronic ignition. The difference lies in that the condensing furnace has a more efficient heat extraction process after combustion.
