Drilon and Jeremy came out to the house for snaking the sewage line and performing an AC tune up. They were very informative, kind, respectful and professional. Drilon went above and beyond by giving me a whole walk through on our furnace, AC unit and water heater and giving suggestions and prioritizing what he thought would be the most important and safe for our new house right now. They were not pushy with their sales tactics and I will definitely be using them when we are ready to replace our features.

Adam V. from Swan Plumbing & Heating of Denver, CO came out and tuned up our furnace and A/C units. He was courteous prompt and professional, but beyond that went out of his way to give us recommendations on things we can do to get the most life and performance out of our existing equipment. When we are ready for upgrades and additional services, Swan will be our first (and only) call.
The national average for furnace replacement is between $1,800 and $2,500. The cost can range dramatically higher depending on the model of furnace you select, any repair work you require, your location and the cost of installation. Furnace installation costs can be more than the furnace itself due to the cost of doing business and the expertise needed to install the HVAC equipment. Installing a new furnace generally requires technical know-how and the proper tools and licensing. It’s best to hire a pro and budget for furnace installation rather than risk potentially unsafe DIY installation. This will ensure your home’s safety. Check to see if your HVAC contractor has the proper licensing to do the job. If you need duct repair or replacement, expect to pay more for your furnace installation costs. The price for duct repair could be an hourly rate ranging on average anywhere from $85 to $150 per hour, with additional costs for parts.
I had these guys out yesterday to do my routine furnace maintenance. They were right on time and very helpful explaining how my furnace worked and how the internal filter can be cleaned. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful discussing different options for filters with families who have bad allergies. I will definitely hire them for all of my furnace needs in the future!

Over the past twenty years, we have used a number of different heating and cooling companies, none impressed us to use them more than once or twice. The service provided by A-TEMP was so outstanding; they will be our heating and cooling service provider for LIFE! Exceptional all around! It is nice to know why our home has three temperature zones and what we could do to improve it; plus the costs. Also, to understand the importance of regular maintenance-especially as it relates to carbon monoxide emissions. We appreciate the forewarning that our new system would be noisier due to the increased volume in our return system. We feel so blessed to know we do not have carbon monoxide emissions now and the furnace is the right size for our home. We feel like we won a million dollars with our new system!

When your gas furnace isn’t blowing hot air, the issue could be due to a faulty pilot light or broken ignitor. Remove the furnace cover panel and visually inspect whether you can see a flame from the pilot light. A natural gas furnace will be blue and yellow in color, and a propane furnace should have a bluish green flame with a yellow tip. If you can see a flame and it appears normal, the issue could be related to the furnace blower motor or other complex furnace parts. If the flame appears low or non-existent, it’s best to contact an experienced furnace repair company. Remember to never touch any open wires; contact a professional.
Has another company told you that your furnace has a cracked heat exchanger? The heat exchanger is the heart of your furnace. Its failure can result in a dangerous situation for your home and the best solution is usually a new furnace. Because of these issues, Bonney takes this situation very seriously. We will offer you proof of the cracked heat exchanger in the form of a picture from our video inspection camera or a report from our exhaust gas analyzer, before we make our recommendation.
