I'd had them come out before and called because my thermostat wasn't getting power. They said they don't service townhomes. I said that must be a new policy because they've been out before and she said they've had it for awhile. I tried to ask why they don't service townhomes and she said they don't service attached homes or commercial properties. I said that my home isn't commercial and it doesn't really answer my question, but I guess I'll go elsewhere. I couldn't find this policy on their website and I can't really understand why a townhome furnace would be different than an unattached home. When they came out before I seem to remember they did a good job, so it's too bad they have odd policies now.
